Cancellation policy

Origin Kaapi offers subscription services that provide recurring deliveries of freshly roasted coffee on a schedule selected by the customer. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the plan you select).
  • You authorize Origin Kaapi and our payment provider to charge your saved payment method for each billing cycle.
  • Prices for subscription products may change; if they do, we will notify you in advance.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Coffee subscriptions renew and ship based on your selected frequency.
  • Delivery dates may vary depending on roasting schedules, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • You can update your shipping address at any time through your customer portal.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage all aspects of your subscription through your Customer Portal, including:

  • Updating payment method
  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Skipping an upcoming order
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Updating your shipping address
  • Canceling your subscription

4. Cancellations & Pausing

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge.
  • Cancellations made after an order has been billed will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Pausing is available for temporary breaks; paused subscriptions can be resumed anytime.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Shopify will automatically retry the charge several times.
  • If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until updated billing information is provided.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on subscription orders.
  • However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
